Rates are per person per night staring a double room.
Bed and Breakfast includes Full Cumbria Breakfast.
All Weekends are a minimum 2 night stay.
Bank Holiday Weekends are a minimum 3 night stay and the
tariff is based on our 1 night rate

All Rooms have en-suite facilities, King size beds with luxury toiletries, towels and bathrobes provided, colour Flat Screen TV, CD clock/radio, trouser press, hairdryer and an enhanced welcome Tray which is replenished daily.
Superior Room (ground floor) overlooks the front garden and is a large room with bay window. It has King size bed and the en-suite has a bath and large shower cubicle.
Superior Room (first floor) Has a Super King size bed is large and spacious and also has a bath with shower over en-suite.
A deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure your booking.
Check in time is after 2pm (if you are going to arrive after 6pm please advise). If you wish to arrive before this time we will store your luggage until your room is ready so you can enjoy the rest of the day. Once you have registered you may come and go as you please.
Departure time is 11am.
Breakfast is between 8.30am & 10am.
We will try to accommodate any special requests.
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid may not be refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
We strongly advise you take out cancellation insurance, it can be inexpensive and can be obtained from any good insurance broker.
