Rates are per person per night sharing a double room.
Bed and Breakfast includes Full Cumbrian Breakfast.

All weekends are a minimum 2 night stay.
Bank Holiday Weekends are a minimum 3 night stay and the tariff is based on our 1 night rate.
Easter weekend is a minimum 3 night stay and the tariff is based on our 1 night rate.

All rooms have en-suite facilities with luxury toiletries, towels and bathrobes provided, widescreen colour TV, CD clock/radio, trouser press, quality hairdryer and an enhanced Welcome Tray which is replenished daily.

Superior Rooms ( 3 on first floor and 1 on second floor ) are spacious rooms that have a King sized bed.

Deluxe room ( ground floor ) overlooks the front garden and is a large room with bay window. It has a King sized bed and the ensuite has a bath and large shower cubicle.

Deluxe room with a Super King sized bed is large and spacious and also has a bath with shower over ensuite.

For that Special Occasion or just as a treat a combination of Flowers, Champagne, Chocolates or a Lakeland Hamper can be ordered and placed in your room prior to arrival or on the special day itself.

A deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure your booking up to two nights or £30.00 per person for three nights or more. This may be paid by credit card or cheque in sterling.

Please note that a charge of £2.00 is added to your bill for payments made by any credit or debit card transaction.

Check in times are between 4pm & 7pm. If you wish to arrive before that time we will store your luggage until your room is ready so you can enjoy the rest of the day. Once you have registered you may come and go as you please.
Departure time is 10am.
Breakfast is between 8.30am & 9.00am.
We will however try to accommodate any special requests.

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
Over 4 weeks notice - £10 administration cost.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 40% of total booking. (+)
1 - 2 weeks notice - 60% of total booking. (+)
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of total booking. (+)
(+)= Please note that £5 per person per breakfast will be deducted from the total to leave an accommodation only charge. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, it can be inexpensive and can be obtained from any good insurance broker.
